Dive courses range from PADI Discover Scuba Diving through to PADI Divemaster.

Scuba diving Fiji

PADI Discover Scuba Diving

An instructor gives a brief lecture on the Main Bure deck, then he shows you how to use Scuba equipment in the shallow water out front of the resort.

It is then out into the ocean for a real scuba dive.

 

PADI Scuba Diver

A 2 1/2 day dive course for those of you with limited time. A certificate and license is issued by PADI which is recognised worldwide.

 

PADI Open Water Diver

This is a four day programme which consists of theory, shallow water training sessions, and ocean diving.

On completion of the course, you will be a certified PADI Open Water scuba diver, which is a world wide recognised qualification and allows you to dive down to 18 metres.

Scuba diving Fiji

PADI Rescue Diver

A fantastic course in which your skills are greatly extended, not just for looking after your own interests and safety, but also the safety of other divers.

There are four lectures and a minimum of three dives required. A prerequisite is to have done a First Aid course prior to starting the PADI Rescue course.

 

PADI Emergengy First Response

Duration of the course is one day.

Although many aspects of first aid are discussed, there is a distinctive slant towards water and ocean related medical problems.

PADI Divemaster

This course is your first step in becoming a diving professional.

Allow four weeks minimum to complete this course. You are required to attend a minimum of eight lectures. You will assist the instructor with other PADI courses, you will lead actual dives and complete practical assignments.

Upon successful completion of this course you will have become a highly trained scuba professional.

PADI eLearning

eLearning is another great way to learn to dive, comparable to the instruction you can already find at your local dive shop (such as Mad Fish Dive Center at Matava).

eLearning provides the opportunity to take PADI-certified courses (and receive credit you can apply toward certification) on your own PC, and to receive instruction from your favorite PADI dive instructors here in the Fiji Islands.
